A former engineer and part-time actor, Bahaa is the
founder of SUSTAIN-X and a strength and conditioning
coach with over 10 years of experience. He has helped
thousands of clients break their physical and mental
limits to reach their goals. As a CrossFit coach and
athlete, Bahaa combines his fitness expertise with a
passion for performance, creating content that
empowers others to achieve strength and resilience.
